Reminding Ourselves Who We Are

When Sanctify began in 2007, one verse, and the surrounding chapter, captured our souls:

¹⁷Make them clean by the true word and keep them for yourself. Your word is true. (John 17:17, Worldwide English (New Testament))

Now and again, we return to the chapter and the verse to remind ourselves who we are and what we’re determined to do.

Here’s what we say now:

Sanctify! exists to

1. To point and keep pointing people to the Word of God which is able to convict and transform.
2. To train them to chew and understand God’s Word for themselves.
3. To equip them to point others to God’s Word.

It may be that time again, for it is possible that God is tweaking the vision.
